By accessing or using the Luxar platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Luxar provides an AI-powered conversation intelligence platform for real estate sales teams, including automated voice calling, lead scoring, analytics, and campaign management tools.
You must be 18 years or older and represent a legitimate business to use Luxar. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You agree not to use Luxar for unlawful purposes, to violate applicable telemarketing regulations (TCPA, GDPR), to transmit spam, or to circumvent any platform restrictions.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all AI-generated calls and messages sent through Luxar comply with applicable laws, including TCPA, GDPR, and local telemarketing regulations. Luxar provides the technology; you provide the legal compliance.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
